    Paxum with google translate ?? WTF

    i just got to my paxum today

    stooped with mouse pointer on link for a while and bam :D

    wtf ? my Firefox without asking me do this ? or this is paxum support that bullshits me ?

    anyone having same shit ?

      Hi there, that is a Google Translate thing, not a Paxum thing. That's why the Google Translate logo is on the popup

              I'm not a tech, so I asked our IT department and they took a quick glance and said that it looks like you may have a Google Translate add-on. We do have it in the source code, but it shouldn't interfere with your account usage.

              If you would like someone to look into it directly please open a support ticket inside your account, or send an email to support at paxum dot com.

                      Ruth, while you're looking into tech problems, here's another:

                      when going to Paxum: Home I'm redirected to us.paxum.com but if I tried to log there I end up being in a old system which no longer works. ( I have a biz account ).

                      I need to manually go to portal.paxum.com to log successfully. Basically, us.paxum.com is faulty and www should not redirect there at all.

                          Weird, I'm in Canada and when I click that link it takes me to the main Paxum.com site, not the us.paxum.com site.

                          If you're not resident in the USA are you using a VPN or anything like that to change your IP and make it appear that you are in the USA?

                              I'm also in Canada. I just tried deleting cookies. Weird, everytime I go to Paxum: Home or paxum.com I'm redirected to us.paxum.com

                              If some geotargetting is done, the database used is probably out of date.
