The gangbanger took a couple nice shots in the face/head with the trucks of the skateboard. I'm sure that stunned him a lot more than most of the punches.
The skateboard can be a seriously deadly weapon. You have the metal trucks that can easily break bones if swung hard enough. Then, you have the tail of the skateboard which usually ends up being sharp from the tail sliding... it forms a razors edge over time.
My opinion, this gangbanger got off lucky because if those kids wanted to really do damage, that guy would be drinking through a straw the rest of his life or left for dead.

No doubt. I would have beat the guy until he was almost dead, self defense...
Any jury that convicts a kid for beating someone to a bloody pulp who had a gun pulled on him should be beat also...
That's the thing I hate about living in times like this, some punk ass kid who never got the loving he needed from mommy and daddy takes it out on the innocent with guns... Those people should have karma beat the fuck out of them 10x until they are dead.Comment
