As far as the Aga/Meat/non-payment thing goes I'll only say this --- affiliate money is affiliate money, a program has no right to touch it for court cases etc unless they first specifically ask affiliates if it's okay to use their money to try and save the program.

At this point I have little doubt that they're going to be paid eventually but in the end when a lot of their affiliates pull links and move on will it have all been worth it? Maybe should have just paid everyone and used their own money for court.

When you do pay everyone, pay them with an little bonus added on as a thankyou.
