Cams.com can definitely do that for you. It uses no bandwidth of your own, just redirects a cobrand of your own design to your own url using our system. Choose your own colours, advertise it with fully cobranded tools like Cam in a Box, etc etc and repeat

it only takes a few minutes to set up a cobrand, so you can be running by dinner tonight.
