we have posted several threads in the past few days looking to hire people and unfortunately it seems there are a lot of very dishonest people on this forum these days.

I advise all of you to be very careful when dealing with the members listed below.

we have been hiring people on this forum for almost 10 years.

between 2011 and 2015 we had great success finding smart and talented people on here

some of these people worked for us continuously for years and years.

Its sad to see what this place has become in the last 5 years .

- People ask for more info
- Some don't find them enticing or are late responding
- OP starts a thread labelling them as scammers.

OP, this thread contains your money sites. You may want to get them removed first.

Also, what you did was not cool man.

You're fishing for resources, and are in sales (as claimed by your signature). You need to know that not all leads will convert.

You're establishing a remote sales team for you - without any upfront payment on a commission basis. So you have two funnels to concentrate on - the partner & the model.

You also need to up the ante on your ads (I saw the sample you sent in that email quoted above). They are long, boring and I, who ventured into pornhub just to see the ad ended up skipping it.

- You need shorter brandable domains
- Request for Watermark or a Mention in the Video.

A lot of new girls/publishers on Pornhub would be happy to take you on - on your offer.

People visiting tube sites are doing it for free porn. They want porn and anything else gets skipped.

So rethink your strategy.

Yup, I rarely shoot any content anymore, but I still have a couple models that I work with that have lost a significant amount of their income after Pornhub lost their processing and their payouts were cut. If you watch that video that's not product placement, that's a spammy video intro like the scumbag porn reuploaders use when they steal content and reupload it, since most tubes won't accept their spammy watermarks anymore. I'm not putting that shit on my models videos, and I"m sure it violates Pornhub's terms of service. I literally got the email from him yesterday and didn't have a chance to respond "thanks but no thanks" yet, and this shitbag started this thread. 16 years on this forum and not so much as a single bit of bad business, so I'd appreciate if this turd is banned and this thread either deleted or my name removed...
