As for content you can build it out step by step so you have full control over the order of the content and index page... as specific as which models you would like to have appear.
From an SEO perspective there are a lot of little settings in there that will really help you along, including the ability to add your own links out of the site from the nav or the footer.
If you are using seasoned domains then you also can set the redirects for any pages. Naturally there is form to add all of your metadata.
