OK, so here's why I poosted.
It ISN'T photoshopped (in the traditional sense) but it LOOKS photoshopped to me. I wanted to find out the reason why...
During the pandemic, the Queen Mary the 2nd, P&Os Ventura and Aurora Cruise ships and a few others have been anchored offshore of my little town while they are out of service.
When I first saw the pic, I thought the 'uncanny valley' effect (that lead me to think that it 'looked' photoshopped, was simply the juxtaposition of my little seaside town, and a ship more likely to be found off of Monaco...
However, knowing that the ship IS there, meant it cant be that...
From this thread, I have come to the conclusion that the reason it looks weird to me (Knowing approximately where abouts the photo was taken) Must be that it was indeed a telephoto lense, giving a sense of distortion to the pic....
So thanks to all who replied. It kinda makes more sense now why it looks weird.
