A few minutes after this post I got a phone call that started with the hypnotoad sound. That freaked me out. Shortly after the sound a robot voice said, "You've won a cruise for 2 at surveyclaim.com. Press 1 to speak to the operator."

P.S. That website is probably scam, don't go for it.
