    Tips: Raising Your Sperm Count

    As you get over 30, I guess your sperm count starts to slide. What can you do to raise your sperm count? I see all kinds of different theories and recommendations. Anyone have direct experience?

    -Jerk off less.
    -Zinc.
    -48 ounces of water.
    -Ice your balls.
    -Sex in the AM.

          I did a ton of reading when my wife and I decided to have a kid. I'm in my 30s and was afraid we'd have trouble conceiving. The general consensus was that you should rub one out every other day, take folic acid, eat fruits and veggies and drink plenty of water. Caffeine can also boost motility if consumed shortly before sex.

          My info must have been accurate. I got the job done the first month off the pill.

              not being stressed about having a child just doing it and let nature happen. i know celery will increase semen volume but not sperm count. boxers instead of briefs?

                          Quantity != quality. If you're looking to leave a massive chin omelette on your girl, that's one thing but if you're worried about sperm count then a massive load is irrelevant.
