I am not a good movie watcher. I have a hard time sitting through a movie.

I have the same prob

, I have to watch movies here at the house a few times before I actualy have seen the whole movie. Thank god for on-demand . I don't even go out to the movies any more as all I do is take a nap and wake up with mt neck all fucked up.

I am gald to know it's just not me thoe.

It happens to me at home a lot, mostly if I start the movie too late (after 9:30). I've never fallen asleep in a theater tho, I can't sleep in public or while moving.

Tips to stay awake at home - sit upright, once you lay on the couch you're toast. Take frequent breaks - get up to get a drink, snack, use the bathroom, anything.

Awhile back I had the same problem as I was stressed and not getting enough sleep. I'd pop in a movie and lay down to watch it and I was asleep in minutes. I could eat a big meal and fall asleep sitting in my chair. I was able to eliminate the stress, changed my sleeping habits and now I can lay down and watch a movie at any hour without falling asleep. My body is getting enough rest and doesn't feel the need to shut down every time I stop moving.
