I remember you had tons of issues with the rzor too. I have the iphone and the razor. The iphone I had to get a new one right away as there was no wifi on mine but otherwise it has been an awesome phone and is really great since the last update.

haha Apple is so precious. when I bought my iMac the Apple store girl on the phone wanted to make an 'appointment'. i replied 'what? an appointment? i can't just walk in any time i feel like it and pay you for a computer and go home? am I adopting it, you need to screen me?'

Did you upgrade your software recently to the new version? I know a couple of people who did that and there phones went haywire.

I went through 5 Blackberries in a span of a year before i got this Iphone the last time the ATT chick was nice enough to send a brand new BB that i know have as a backup phone.

I feel sorry for you. As much as I like their products, I'd like to skull-fuck the buffoon that came up with the whole Genius Bar & appointments idea. If there would be as many Apple stores, or dealers, as there are McDonald's it would be fine. But the closest store to us is 40 miles!!!!
