    Hey every one,
    I hope no one takes this as spam, but I am not in competition with any one here so I figure I let you know about this. I own 420palace.com - an online head shop and we just set up an affiliate program. Basically some of you webmasters can make some extra dough by selling pipes and waterpipes by putting up the affiliate banner.               Things have been working out great. We do advertize in magazines such as High Times, and some music mags, so we get good traffic that way.

              And yes there is a HUGE market for these things, especially considering the fact that:
              A: There are lots of college students, with internet access, who smoke and are bombarded with credit cards as soon as they turn 18. They also like to use these credit cards online and in many places where this product is not available, all they can do is order online
              B: Many baby boomers who still like to smoke, but are now parents, businessmen, etc... can not be seen buying this stuff at the local headshop... They love the fact that we give them private packaging and complete privacy in buying this stuff. Alex

                      Trust me, we are pretty busy, sales wise. You just have to have the right marketing and products. I dont know what the guy at the flea market is doing, but online we are selling all across the nation and to canada, so business is pretty good, especially from the eastcoast and midwest. Alex

                                                                      When I first turned 18, I went into a head shop with a friend and asked to look at the bongs... the owner of the store go SO mad, almost kicked me out. He demaded that anytime after that we call them tobaco pipes.

We, (ahem, I mean ME) told them about GFY. They have boxes of bongs being brought up to their office all the time. Trust me they make sales.

                                                                                  I told them that you guys would be able to upsell out of your members areas or TGP's, AVS's or Free sites. And since it's not direct competition with your porn biz, it could make both parties some $$.

You gotta realize that this is nothing against the customer, why would we want to piss off our customers? But the fact is that many shops have been closed down simply because an FBI agent will go in there undercover and say: " I want to buy a bong".                                                                                                                   85% of our glass is handblown and is definetely very high quality. We have LOTS of return customers. You are probably comparing it to the tons of sites out there selling cheaply made and very thin Indian glass, which makes people very pissed off and they usually charge back. Alex
