    Keep getting attacked by cybertip flagger

    Hi guys,

    wondering if some of you may have solutions to our problem.

    In our portfolio of sites, we have teen tube sites with amateur user uploaded content. We keep getting emails from our hosting company that cybertip is requiring to take down some of the images and videos. This has been a recurring problem with no evidence of the person depicted actually being underage.

    The hosting immediately shuts off the server and then we need to re-enable it to remove one single thumbnail image that was reported.

    This has been a recurring weekly occurrence and there doesn't seem to be any solution to stop being hacked by someone who flags everything from our sites to cybertip.

    Could someone please help find a solution or workaround to this?

                  Obviously I'm getting responses from studio people here... It's nearly impossible to control evidence of age on user-submitted amateur content sites, or should I say we don't have the resources to validate thousands of new people with proof of age and valid picture IDs.

                  Plus cybertip doesn't give a shit, they don't ask for proof of age even if we do have it on file, if they deem it looks/feels underage, they contact the host and the host shuts down your domain/IP/server.

                  The issue is that anyone with user-submitted amateur content is at risk and a target for cybertip serial flaggers and there doesn't seem to be a way to counter it.

                      How is he supposed to get proof of age for amateur homemade content? lol Give me a break.

                                          Quit using "user uploaded content" ? After all, in 99% of cases user uploads = stolen content.

                                          I wish hosting companies would be this prompt when they get reports of copyright infringement.

                                                      Hopefully section 230 reform makes it onerous to operate a tube site and a platform like reddit and twitter. Every bit of my blogs or tubes is my own content with comments disabled. Hopefully when this happens it will be fortuitous for me.
