    Most porn forums = Illegal?

When I look through big porn forums I see there is massive content that is shared for download. I can't believe these all creators or people allowed to share or even free content.
But if these forums are big copyrighted content share bases, why they didn't get any problems? I mean many of them exist for many years.

    Or did I miss something? I don't know, that's why I'm asking.

The forums generally don't actually host the file, the forum post is merely a link to a file host service (rapidgator, etc). The file host may or may not respond to DCMA notices, depending on how legit they are.

Yes, they are thieves and gangsters living off clicks. That is why they are hosted mostly in shithole countries like Moldova, Russia etc... The thieves who steal the content and post the links on these forums and keep them alive they also live from clicks. They live mostly in the West. This is now-days MOST of the industry. They used hang thieves, today they call them webmasters. Mostly they are scumbags and proud of it ... Just look around here

The best analogy is : the guy who knowingly buys stolen goods goes to jail no excuse for him, but in this case the thief will say " I do NOT host the file" and gets away with it.
