not me but today i spent a few hours i didn't want to reformatting my laptop and when i installed IE8 bing was the default search in the toolbar.. thought that was odd -

I use it when I'm looking for something really random and Google doesn't give me what I want. Either way Bing isn't as good as the ads say.
