Does anybody with subclinical hypothyroidism here?

1 year ago my thyrotropine, TSH became 3.5 -> 5.1 (for 3 weeks!)
I felt like a rubbish every day.
T4 was normal. My doctor recommended to raise the dose of L-Tirosine (Berlin Hemi) every 3 months until TSH became 0.5. Started from 25mcg.
so i am taking L-Tirosine 75mcg now, TSH is 3.7. damn
seems it doesn't work for me.
Has anyone cured this?
Heard about Tirosyne+T3 therapy, is it works?
