You are a reseller of fdcservers, IM just letting everyone know of the MAJOR headaches they will have.

At one time they wouldnt even give out a phone number to reach them at.

They will end up cancelling in the long run because of the lack of uptime and support.

Im sure 100's others can speak for this as they have switched from them.

If a box goes down since your a reseller, they contact you, then you contact fdc, then fdc contacts you, and you contact the customer, such a headache.

With full management we will monitor the server 24/7 and install 3rd party softwares as per your request.

I've got 1gbit server at fdc for over a year now and I am very happy. Never took more than 5 minutes to respond to my tickets.

No offense it's very clear you have no idea what you talking about. We have one of the fastest response time. Even better than the so called fully managed datacenters. If you haven't tried our service, then don't bother commenting. Average reboot time is only 5-10mins. General issue tickets are responded within 10-15mins even if the server is unmanaged.

If you have issue with fdcservers, then take it out on them. It has nothing to do with us. If they are so bad how can they keep expanding their network? They have 160Gbps network backbone in Chicago.
