Ever hear of cost of postage, or cost of staff for affiliate fraud review and accounting and check costs?

Nothing in this world is absolutely free.. Paying $1.00 - $2.00 for someone to process your payout in a timely manor is not too much to ask..

not as ghey as businesses that charge you a fee to use your visa/mastercard or amex

ironically, its against V/M terms of service, so if you ever see it, you can report them. ive done it to two places already

the one dealership where I put my down payment on my credit card charged me a "3.5% credit card processing fee" so ill be adding that to my suit against them

I don't charge for any payments except wires. Epass and Checks are sent with no charge

Try charging your electric company for sending them a check, or the phone company. Let me know how that turns out.

You'll need to use a carrier pigeon or courier I guess because you won't have electric to power your computer and you won't be able to call.

I like how videosz puts it:

As an important bonus to our affiliates, all of our payment methods are FREE. Other sponsors charge processing fees but VideosZ does not and that means more money for you on every sale you make. We don?t think it is fair to charge our affiliates just because we used a pen to sign their checks!

There's no wrong or right answer. Its a cost to either the affiliate or program. People who say its only a small fee are deluded though.

$50 check per week over a year = 52x3.50 = $182. X that by how many sponsors your pushing and that is quite an expense.

Of course I've heard of postage and again there lies a problem, check costs too.
But affiliate fraud? I have nothing to do with that. That's an expense that should not fall on the legitimate side of affiliates.

Lets not forget that the $50 is from a sponsor with cross sales enabled, 39.99 monthly rebills and site upsells.
50 should mean 50 not 49.

Still there is no right and wrong argument for either side. This can all be summed up in one word:
