thanks guys its not just about video editing like i said "multi talented" and by now there should be many in this business who had the tasks over the year to do a little bit of everything

the difference is im expanding certain things and there will be room to grow for the right person who loves to work and doesnt need someone pushing him every 5 seconds.

No idea, although I use CS4, mostly for Flash, Dreamweaver and Photoshop, I do have the rest of the stuff incase I want to learn it.

i film HD on p2 cards and cs3 handles the files flawlessly.

I do that, I manage the people who I hire and also work myself, this position is for people who will do the work.

Not to sound like an asshole but things move quick in these days, people who cant work and get stuff done quick vs. talking about it or pushing things off aren't really meant for this, but I do guarantee you that if you work and you dont miss deadlines and keep your word you will only keep growing and keep making more money.

Boss = should be strict and in control, so lazyasses can't just collect their paychecks and fuck around all day long without accomplishing anything. Just my view on things though, I'm sure a lot of people disagree.
