    Removing infringing material from Google

Can anything be done about these little cunts that do a 301 redirect on the URLS you're removing from Google?

    Me: DMCA link to Google.
    Google: Removes link
Pirate: 301 from old link to new link:
Google: puts new link back in same serp position.

wtf, i thought 301 doesnt gets indexed again.

i mean default flow should be, if url is removed from google, its 301 / 302 shouldnt get index , bcoz main url is removed. what are google employees smoking.
