Everyone has their opinions and views......there is a difference between being scammed and getting the shit end of a bad deal. I have been through both. I have never felt more secure with my business now that Tom handles it. He has always pointed me in the right direction or steered me clear of the wrong ones. There are good people and bad people in any business.

As far as the "girls" comment.....that was Shai's comment!!! And maybe you should quote a girl that is more of an entity in this business.

Can you post (a link to) the contract ? Or excerpts from the contract ? Without the contract there is no way to tell whether they are violating any agreements or infringing any trademarks.

I am not taking sides. I represent a model that has a Fleshlight deal and I have a vested interest in what exactly they are doing or not doing.
