i hate spam as much as anybody else.. but in my expirience after so many spammers have been busted (western!!!).. currently my biggest spammer is Myspace - after i signed up there few years back, that particular mailbox started flooding with spam even after i did opt out from their mailings their 3rd parties still use my email in their adverts.. you won this you won that, we have a check for you from any part of world you name it, you have won uk lotto, bush is ready to deposit money in your bank account..

Great post. You nailed it there Jesus. I would add that the Russians have a major inferiority complex that drives them. Russia has always been governed by a perception of struggle. Whether it was the Great Patriotic War or The Struggle for "Peace" created by the communists. So whenever they get a chance to dance on you, they will.
