    Rant Trying to PROVE a Newbie Porn guy he's WRONG

    I've got a buddy that think's he's going to be the next CAMSODA millionaire & I'm tryintg to convince him otherwise. He's looking to sell a dropbox link full of fetish amature vids & pics.
    • It's my belief that he needs the 2257 records. So am I correct or is he right that as long as he doesn't claim ownership rights but adhere's to DMCA claims he can sell the vids?

      You're 100% right. If he doesn't have anything to prove ownership of the videos, he can't do a thing... I think only if he had like some tube and users were uploading their amateur content, he has a right to sell those. (I think.)

          turn him in as soon as he posts the link and you'll instantly be right. dropbox doesn't allow sharing porn..

          you should also share the link here so program owners can flood him with DMCA requests. pirates need to die..
