There is no other way but to "rehost", that is how scrapping tube works. Only way to deal with it is to manually check content before you publish it or to have report button on each thumb, as AWN network have it.

Adult friendly it means they understand is it something ok or not. In this case is just "adult tolerant"

No host is going to keep you alive once they get the notice from the big man. Especially not "adult" hosts. You can be sure about that. They also aren't going to bother with your explanations. Once you draw attention from the feds you're gone.

"credible report from US authorities" doesn't necessarily mean fed gov. it could simply mean someone at pornhub who doesn't like your site. they have a long history of wiping out good people in this industry...

I don't know how much you dealt with fraud (be it cc banging/dmca hosts/illegal content) but no one gives a flying rat's ass unless you either subpoena them or a gov agency is in play. Im talking outside US hosts/vpn's. OVH hosted so much crap over the years, it did not become so popular because it was killing shady content on someone's email, you had to have damn good footprint to make it stick with them.
Actually i still think ovh and kimsufi are probably hosting biggest amount of torrent/seedboxes out there.

We have DMCA forms on all our sites and remove content without any investigations. Just if you don't like the thumb, you can send request and we will remove it asap. Receiving a lot of DMCAs daily and all of them was solved. So

We still have not received any answers from OVH team.
Still not saw text of abuse and URLs of "illegal" content.

If anyone have any OVH contacts (not regular support) please DM me.
