I have 1 pricey gun I would like to sell. Is there a big ass site with a shitload of traffic that allows gun sales?

Hmm...I didn't think you could buy/sell guns online? What do you have for sale?

      gunbroker.com

I think that they have to be shipped to and from a firearms dealer for it to be legit. Makes sense.

Yeah I imagine that would be the only way to go, assuming they have to do a background check and such. Maybe not so much on rifles but I know they have to do it on pistols. I used to get so pissed before I got my CCW because every time at a gun show my background check would snag and I would have to wait a few days for an answer and could never buy a pistol on the spot.

Anyway let us know what you are selling, it may be of interest to me or others here.

I support the 2nd amendment and I think Heller was too watered down but buying guns on the internet, I could support limiting that via interstate commerce.

It is limited, it's illegal to ship guns across state lines unless it is to an FFL. If you buy a gun via gunbroker it is sent to a FFL. ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federal_Firearms_License )

It basically means the gun is shipped to a gun store and you pick it up there, proving to them it is legal for you to purchase it and then they hand it over.

That's cool and in line with interstate commerce rights of the federal government. I don't mind that. I had the wrong impression it would get sent to a home address.
