      That's amazing work alright. I notice that there's even grass, dirt and twigs in the train tracks. The welder's tool is flickering blue light. The painter painting the model has his canvas partially painted - of the model..! That's insane... love it.

          Someone has a lot of time. And money.

          I remember when I was a kid there was a house in NJ where someone started a train hobby set up similar to this and it keep growing so they kept adding onto the house.... It was huge after thirty years.

              I think more than one guys works on these, they usually set up a commercial venues i think.... I've seen one somewhere a museum I think... love to photograph one

                          What's the point of it? to look at?

                          I mean at least with a RC controlled hobby it's actually fun.. That train hobby looks like it's for 85 year olds.

                                  probably relaxing as fuck and air conditioned with beer and music, and you can do it everyday unlike rc. and I like the planes and choppers better than the cars

                                          yup, you can get/make smaller ones though. not sure how much fun it would be to buy an rc car for $30 and race around a dirt lot. maybe for 10 minutes, that's about it
