Making pictures look vintage is pretty easy.
I did this in Photoshop in less than 5 minutes.
Take the original picture, convert it to greyscale, and then back to RGB again.
Increase the brightness and contrast a little, then use the Noise filter. Finally, apply a halftone pattern (play with the sizes until you get the look you want) and then set change the mode back to greyscale again (Halftone turns the picture blue), and voila!Comment

True vintage is extremely difficult to achieve - simply because some sort of contemporary element usually exists in the photo and gives it away. Often hairstyle, fashion or a prop somewhere.
And that online generator, while kinda' funky...isn't nearly as good as a few minutes in pshop with a couple of filters and techniques.Comment
