    Fast ticket replies and good customer support is great and all... but...

    I shouldn't have to experience the fast ticket replies and good customer support 3 or more times day... Fuck... I need a blunt.

          No you shouldn't .... sometimes I submit a ticket because it's something a superuser needs to do, and i'm on a virtual managed server.. but other than that.. I've never needed to submit tickets.

          Now that's what a host should be like...
