I thought that adult performers testing through AIM had to sign a waiver that their info could be disclosed..."It's private medical records," attorney Michael Fattorosi told XBIZ. "You saw this at Cedars-Sinai where stars got medical procedures done and people who worked there called TMZ and other people about it. Without a waiver, no one should be able to make this information public."

HIV has a certain incubation time, I'm sure there's many more HIV positive.
Actually I don't think using condoms was such a bad idea.

Geezz very scary.. I can't imagine what performers must be thinking right now. It's got to weight heavily on their minds that even with the testing in place things can happen. Hopefully if there are things that could have been done differently changes can be made to safeguard against the same thing happening again.Comment

they've quarantined the partners this girl has worked with - what about all the girls these guys on the quarantine list have worked with too? Just in case one of these guys happens to turn HIV positive in one of these test they're taking during their 28 day quarantine.
for all the shit AIM takes i think you have to admit it works well - when you consider the numbers of talent in the industry, the amount of sex they have, the high risk lifestyle these people live off camera and in 10 years - the Darren James outbreak and now this - and in the Darren James case it was really the fault of Evasive Angels who had Darren James fucking in Brazil without condoms. Pretty impressive record i'd say.

Anyone who has hung out with talent as friends, knows, these tests are worth abo8ut as much as you can pawn them for. I personally hung out with girls who would have test in hand for a shoot, and then go out that night and bareback some fucking loser after drinking with him at a bar and then be doing another scene a few days later, test in hand "Im clean, use me"
while I support the idea of testing, there will be HIV cases every so often because just like we couldnt keep prositutues disease free when it was legal in New orleans (soldiers were getting infected too much) they cant do it now.... someone will always perform risky sex for money, and tests dont stop them

I knew girls in the industry who would test dirty and nothing was done. Nothing major as HIV, but still, if a girl tests positive for genital warts, herpes, chlamydia, and the clap why isn't there a quarantine established then? She has to get treated but what about the other folks that have performed with her to infect her? No tracing backwards on those STD's which may not be as life threatening but just as fucked up if transmitting anything communicable can be prevented or treated at the root, not just girl getting tested.
I feel sorry for patient zero, but also for the 3rd tier who may be uninformed about their situation or potential situation, as well as the ones they are now performing with off their original "clean" test.Comment
