Geen paspoort op pornosites - What the fuck is this saying?? Dutchies...

    Should we be worried???

Hirsch Ballin is incompetent, you should always worry
Anyway, it says in short that its a impossible task to get a passport scan of every girl you have online as a webmaster. If you ask him what is 2257, he moves his shoulders a little and has no fucking idea what it means.

After there was talk about a 2257 law in the making in Holland a while ago, the minister now said websites do NOT have to prove models are 18 or older because it's not doable for websites to know all people that are in pornmovies (proffesional&amateur) from around the world and obtain their passport copies/id's.

I don't think that many site owners will care too much, most of them are already focusing their sites worldwide, or buying from content providers/producers who deliver all docs right for each item. If he would have gone ahead with this thing (which I assume many people have already put a lot of expensive time in) it would have only affected a small group. Give it a few years and this law passes anyway under the next guy.

Intersting, it shows that he doesn't know much of what is going on in this business. However looking from an outside pov, you tell someone to get each and every ID on people who are in porn, they would all say, that's impossible.
