You are pointing a problem we faced with the forum actually. We wanted this palce to be a way for users to help themselves and share tips but it turned out that it slowly became a new way for customers to post tickets that's why I couldn't manage it properly to make it a place as we imagined.
Concerning the bug reporting, whether it is through the chat or through tickets, we are alway aware of main problems that could appear so don't worry for that
