Gamification of this kind of consumed media, has not worked, and many have tried. It's why you don't see lootboxes on hulu or netflix either (bandersnatch doesn't count).

Excluding precedence, your idea is also logistically difficult for most pornsites. You would have to build out a system/methodology to track the items and present them as potential prizes, ship it, and note it. To become economically viable, it would need to engage 50% or more of the users and nearly double average customer lifetime value for an average site.

At madcheddar, we once tried giving free/discounted memberships for friend referrals as a simple gamification-growthhack. Thousands of members targeted yield next to no referrals.

loving the idea, apart from actually having real winners. I´m always asked for toys and panties from films, sometimes, selling them on...

but to do a once a week loot box, people tipping for tickets and then their´s a winner to that pair or toy, hmmm could be worthwhile, thanks for idea CS
