no it is not for ages like this. it started around 1 year ago.
adblocker are made for blocking ads and some tried to charge them for that but unfortunately they won this fights.
what they are doing now is NOT verified by any judge yet but I think it should.
they do not block the visibility of an ad but they block the access to a side - wich is A HUGE difference.
ABP and a few other adblockers detected ads, links and images before and they blocked the origin url of an image file. now they block an ad simply by the TARGET url or parts of such an URL. and as we see here users are NOT aware of that.
I'm pretty sure a lawsuit based on that would turn out differently.
