              I prefer crypto payouts, so in that sense yes, I'd prefer XVG payout over a wire/check any day (and would convert to Bitcoin)

              But far more prefer BTC payout

              is this in reference to Pornhub paypal issue?

                  I wouldn't hold XVG, but if you sell it right after receiving, why not?

                          Check the XVG markets page, to see which has the highest volume of XVG:BTC pairing.

                          Looks like Binance has the highest XVG pairing (with BTC) (do NOT use Hitbtc)

                          I'd have payouts received to your Binance XVG wallet, then dump at market rate for BTC, then move your BTC to your Electrum/Trezor/Ledger or other bitcoin wallets (dont hold your BTC on exchanges)

                              Converting any crypto is usually pretty high in fees, especially the automatic conversion options like changelly shapeshift etc, at least it was a while ago

                              Depositing to an exchange to buy bitcoin (or USD) with said currency was usually a lot better, not sure about now.

                                  XVG is a trash coin and its currently in the toilet. I wouldnt touch it...although at this point the only place it can go is up..or completely disappear. Its worth fractions of a penny at the moment.
