They're bad with payments. You send them an invoice then they send the money 2-3 months later the soonest. I've always been paid though so far.

I haven't posted in a few months but here's what I add:
1) CzechCash PAYS.

2) They are indeed slow with communication, but not always.
3) Ondrej and Tomas are both good people, met them in person not just once.
4) BigFurry is right: you need to submit an invoice for them to get paid and the turnaround time is 2-3 months for real.
