    Ccbill: Where is my wire?????

    I was supposed to get a wire from ccbill for one of my subaccounts, on October 7th, in dollars.
    The wire never arrived into my account. When asking ccbill (multiple times on the phone and the chat), I am now told that the wire wasn't sent on the 7th, but on the 9th instead.
    And it was not sent in dollars. I was just informed that ccbill now exchanges all US dollars to Euros before sending any wires, so my wire was sent in Euros.
    In the meantime, 11 days later, my wire still hasn't arrived and nobody can give me a congruent answer. WTF!

      I can't recall when was the last time I saw someone from Ccbill posting on here but good luck.

          Is it a standard SEPA Payout, or is it to a US account? Did you make changes to your account? can you confirm that there havent been made any changes to your account settings? like someone changing the account numers on monday and setting it back later.

          Ask them for a copy of the transfer, it should be easy to verify if its in EU

                  dropped ccbill years ago, their visa fees alone is 600 a year

                              There must be a logical explanation. If I were you, I'd try calling them again. They've always been very helpful and understanding with me. My site has been using CCBill for 14 years now and the wire transfers have always arrived in my bank account like clockwork. Obviously, I receive my wire transfers in US dollars since I am in the USA. But yeah, try calling them again. Good luck to you!

                                      If your minimum was reached, they'll send it on Fri morning or by Monday.
                                      e-checks get deposited on Tues. Checks arrive by Thru.
