I don't eat cereals, but I'd assume Cornflakes are up there.
IF I eat anything even remotely resembling that, is my home-made muesli which has oatmeal, dried fruits and crushed nuts. That with some yoghurt...and I'm off.Comment

ya before webmastering I worked 2nd shift for many years then as a webmaster I feel i get more real work done late at night with the help of redbull and i can still get to affiliate/member emails in the AM and early afternoon.
