I have a site that was PR 2 and sat at 8 in google...
Then it went to PR 1 and upped to #3...
Now it is showing PR0 and it is #2

PR is a joke... and apparently it means nothing.

PR is always irrelevant to those who don't have anything with real value. They say that because when you have a low pr, its value to 'you' is pointless because it has nothing to do with what you will actually receive from the engines. An increase in rankings/listings can happen on age alone, with no new links coming in, and your pr drop because of that alone.

But to say it's irrelevant is wrong. It's very relevant. It may not be based on money, or the amount of se traffic you get, or rankings, etc..up to a point. But when you try to start a new website and run out to get hard link trades of any value, even if you buy traffic first, if you have no page rank, you have no trades.

I have a couple of pr4 sites that don't get nearly as much se traffic or make as much money as some of my pr0 or pr1 sites (with less competitive terms) so, as usual I am going to have to point out that you have no clue what you're talking about.

Pay close attention to this. It's all I am ever going to say to help any of you. The pagerank you see in your toolbar has no meaning whatsoever. The ONLY pagerank that matters you will never see. Build. For. Income.

You totally missed the point...

You stated that your pr0 gets more traffic than the pr4... duh, that's because it doesn't mean a damn thing at that size/level, or ranking, even a 5 is pointless. Unless you are getting trades, then any pr means everything...

It's funny because you argue against me, while saying the same thing.

And no, today I don't have anything over a 5. I sold my shit though, which is no secret. Now, I'm down to few hundred adult domains and most of those are white labels, along with a couple private paysites. Honestly, if it wasn't for my clients, i would have checked out of this business about a year ago.
