If they are TOO Stupid to have any customer suppor then drop their ass. How many complaints have we seen about them? I've sent them mutiple e mails with ZERO response. They obviously don't care about your traffic.

I got underpaid 2 of the last 3 payments. Apart from an early email reply from Wil saying he'd get it sorted that day I have since got no reply to any further emails.

Crazy stuff. I used to promote them in the very early days and they had the best support around then. Now they turned into this.

It's not about coming here, they aren't answering their support e-mails either. The message board is a last resort. The reason they don't come here though has more to do with the fact people found out what they do to credit cards.

And it looks like they JUST lowered their payouts too. I logged on earlier today and it wasn't like this. It was $40 PPS console, now it's $30 across the board for PPS. 60% rev-share is now 50% across the board. This doesn't look good.

I'm always paid on time, but the highest I'm getting was $40 PPS console. They dropped $45 PPS a few months, at least in my account. Now today, I notice it's $30 PPS. Can you check your account to see if there's a new pay structure at $30 PPS being the highest? I'm curious if this is on my account or all of them.

While I do agree they should answer their support mails, but they DID say what happened with all those cards but nobody wanted to believe them. So they stopped coming here and probably answering emails to small affiliates who really don't matter.

Min payout is $100. They just made changes, $30 PPS and 50% revshare, no x-sales or anything shady, 100% focus on member rentention. Good move! I was getting 45 per trial cause my members rebilled so well, now that It's 30 I'll go revshare.

That's what active typically means.... In other words, they don't want to be paying out PPS on trial signups anymore... changing to per active and also the $30 pps on non trial links tells us all that. Why the hell they have this new payout structure and then the same payouts on console or non console??? That's just ridiculous. This is the 2nd or 3rd payout change now in just a few months.. Given how stupid the current ones are I can see there will be another payout change shortly. Not like there aren't dozens of companies they could have looked to for an example of what's reasonable.
