We already talked about it with the devs and we considered it a good idea but we don't have time to develop new plugins for now. We focus on updating the current ones + working on a new service that will definitely be amazing and will please lot of you in the next weeks. Hi Cucik, as I already saidpreviously, WPS Player is now fully effective for MP4 self-hosted videos only. I highly advise you to use WPS Mass Embedder to block redirection.

I don't think that's why most of us spent money on WPS Player.

Also, regular embeds for Youporn are broken for mobile as well, so either way they don't work. I sent in a ticket about this months ago.

Concerning WPLiveCam, this is not the same team as WP-script ! And yes, the theme is really promising, only one product to manage is really much more easy for them to manage than 10 different products that rely on sources goodwill. Still, we are aware that some issues definitely need to be solved (for WPS Checker for example), but we can't definitely not answer to 50 tickets a day, everyday.

No, you need to figure something out then. None of my videos work and I'm using your video player plug-in. Support cost should be included in the purchase of the theme and beyond that, you can offer an extended support package. You can't just not offer support on your products. You can, but don't expect people to buy it.

You need to do something! Tickets go unanswered. Products are faulty. Non-functioning products are being sold. You claim a lack of manpower yet you have time to release new products (and yeah... they are flawed as well) and time to fiddle with niche additions to a theme that has issues that go unaddressed. If you can't do the job at current prices raise your prices and hire someone competent! We know you're cutting cost by using billing providers that do not allow adult to sell adult products. Where does the cutting corners end? It would be a damn shame if you pissed off the wrong people and they'd enlighten your billing providers. Fix your shit! all of it... starting with the broken video checker. Just sayin...

Still major issues NOT FIXED with existing plugins/themes that are causing loss of revenue.
But they have time to develop new plugins (that will break no doubt soon).
They already cant deal with existing issues, let alone additional new ones.

HIRE MORE STAFF FFS !!!!!!!!!

I bought 2 plugins recently. Both were a waste of money.
Don't even work! OR are no longer capable of what I paid for.

Yes, you do get what you pay for sometimes.
But, this isn't even a case of that.

1) Create plugins/themes that work properly
2) STOP developing NEW plugins/themes
3) HIRE more staff (You factor that extra cost into your pricing)
4) Have different support packages (Paid priority support etc)
5) Public/Client forum (This would save you a boat load of time as forum members could answer questions and clients would check here for solutions before opening tickets).

This is just off the top of my head while im peeling a banana.

All those things would save you shitloads of time.
Which you could use to address THE HUGE amount tickets and problems you have.

As a business you are getting SO much wrong and your clients are paying the price.

Your clients are not getting what they paid for and I for one am NOT happy.

You can be assured that when we release a product (us or wplivecam team), the product is issues free or at least, none of them are big ones that would affect user experience. But, the fact is that even though it works for us and that we do the test, some issues can only be noticed when we release it thanks to custoemrs feedbacks. For example, BongaCams import is currently being fixed. But before they released the product, everything was working well on their side, which means that there must be like the "real test" get informed of problems that haven't been noticed before. they are working on it.

Still, I'm truly sorry to read you had a bad experience, hope you will still appreciate wplivecam products and keep informed for coming updates.

If you are using WPS Player for embedded videos, I said few months ago that this doesn't work eprfectly anymore and that WPS Player should be used only for self-hosted videos. We added an option in WPS Mass Embedder to block iframe redirection.

"Support costs should be included". The truth is that people don't buy easily in our niche. For example, we launched a -84% offer and there are still dozens of people per week asking me "is it possible to have an extra discount" ?

I wish we could add support in the price & even but the truth is that people will then said " I like your products, but it's too expansive for me".

I wasn't even talking about those (like you) asking for a discount to get the remain products, I understand that some of you may have asked for that. (btw, the purpose of this offer was to say that it was so interesting that we didn't want to upgrade those who just need few products left, that's why I may have tell you that I wouldn't accept your request).

I was talking about those who would never even pay for a 40 dollars theme even though this one was issues free. So it's quite complicated. Your opinion concerning costs is right actually, but our niche is very very special and this kind of method don't apply here (Wordpress inside the adult niche)

Again, I'm not saying that we are above any reproach, but be assured that in our niche, basic marketing & business models and leverages don't apply so easily.

My offline business is the same way always a client that want to get VIP service for Nothing ..... but you get use to it and laugh about it later on.

Is it possible future clients read this thread and see many issue still on the rise ? That could explain why sale so low or why people dosent buy it anymore.

Do you think that launch a new product will resume into new sale ? I doubt to be honest at least not from the people that are on GFY and read this IMHO.

Fix your product All of them and you would see nice review/ good comment posted in your thread = $$$$$$$$$$$$

WP-script is not a new company, you guys been around. I my self don't get it but i know shit about coding so hard to put my self into you guys shoes.

No need to bet, yes I'm the one doing the two chats why I would hide that ? And good news for you, i'm online and active on both, at th same time, from 9am to 6PM (GMT+1).

Wasn't going to pay the same on top, as new customers.

Your business model is clearly to maximise revenue. Nothing else.
So its a bit baffling that you wouldn't consider this.
