This has to suck, but I still laughed pretty hard when I heard this today. These two friends of mine that are married were home yesterday. Their kids were all gone for the day and they finally had the house to themselves. They were out in the garage cleaning it and organizing it when they decided to get a little wild and bang. So they get naked, he lifts her up on these totes and they start going at it. In the heat of things he accidentally kicks the bottom of the tote and it slides out from under her. She goes crashing into the concrete with him on top of her and she lands right on her hip. They were both a little stunned and bruised but laughed it off and actually finished up there on the floor.
So last night she said her hip was really hurting. It hurt worse today. She went to the doctor and got an x-ray and it looks like she has a very minor fracture of the hip. She has to get an MRI tomorrow to make sure nothing is torn. As long as there is no ligament/tendon damage she won't have to have surgery, but she will be laid up for a while.
So she is in pain, but that doesn't make it any less funny. This is something I plan to give them both shit about for many years to come.
