How is it slander exactly when

A. you flaked out on what you had obligated yourself to do in multiple emails
B. I never said who the flake was, you revealed yourself as the flake. Maybe you can sue yourself for self slander.. Im not sure on the laws on that

I was thinking this was a biz board, and I came on looking to employ or partner with someone to redo something I already paid to have developed and a programmer flaked on me. So without even saying who flaked or anything slanderous of any nature I was attacked, my personal life drug into things, my wife's name posted, my custody issue with my children brought up, called a cocksucker (which why anyone would care either way on a board where we sell porn is hysterica), threats of blackmail made to me that they would goto my wife to make sure I didn't get my kids back, threats of people linking the thread to 4chan.

Yup I should of never started a biz thread. I didn't even respond to the allegations for 2 days knowing I would have to hurt someone I cared about. Yes I am obviously the bad guy in it, and I should of never started such a bs thread. lol

It was BS because he claimed a programmer "flaked" on him when the truth is that
the programmer finished the job almost a year ago and Sticky wanted more work
done for free and when the programmer refused to do any work without money
Sticky blew up.

I would say that is BS.

The reason Sticky needs to pay up front is because it took three months for him
to pay $300 to begin with and $300 became the price after much slick talk, begging
and crying to get the price down after the work was completed.

Why don't you set me up a dedicated server for $300 and after it's all set up
I will then start asking you to let me have it for $100.
And when you refuse and I make a thread saying you flaked then it will be BS.

C. You started it then cried to me about it and even though I was tight on cash at the time I sent you the 150.00 or whatever as I was about to head to a show.
D. I paid you the rest and it still wasn't done right, wouldn't work with rtmp or work with h.264 video as was required. Missing features I asked for from the begining. Titles and descriptions on videos really are kind of required wouldn't you say? You got a working copy going that worked but was missing features so I sent you an additional 70.00 but told you I wanted the other features finished. You never did.

We discussed selling the player, I would market it, we would split it 50 50. Originally I told you I only wanted 10% even. I just wanted to get the solution out there for other programs too, to help stop the leak of members area content out into the wild. As far as I knew we still had that agreement for the 50 50 deal. I got everything ready to go, only asked you for help in getting a demo setup so I could show potential clients in order for me to sell the product for US and we each got around 300 each. Plus you would of got paid for all client installs, any new skins, any thing that you had to do would of came directly from the client.

I never said I would handle the billing, or anything. Could of all went from you. The site I built was strictly for marketing and to demo the player. Then you accused me of stealing your code and selling it.... umm the only players I had were all compiled for specific domains, and I am not a programmer, so how would I do that exactly? And if I was going to do that why would of I emailed you confirming our agreement and asking for help to get the demo setup on the new domain? Your bullshit defies logic and makes no sense.

And I DO NOT NEED you anymore. I was leary on including you in the project at all, but the player was already built and just needed a few changes to be ready to sell. So now instead of you making any money off of it Ill have one done from scratch done NOT coded in perl so you cannot even think about accusing me of shit, since the concept, idea, features, and even the layout were all my ideas and creations. People know that it was my idea as I talked to many people about it LONG before I ever even thought about using you. You were just the first one that hit me up when I originally asked to get the project done.

Ok back to work. Ill let everyone else interpret whether you are a flake or not. The only ones that are going to side with you are those that already have a dislike or beef with me. Enjoy seeing the product being sold and marketed in the very near future.

And 300 was ALWAYS the price you quoted. If you wanted more you should of asked for more. You did not.

my design biz is less then 15% of my overall internet income. I really only keep it around because I use my designers for work on other mainstream businesses i have. Low cost labor for me.
