Will be interesting to see if the improved customer service aspect is actually addressed and improved as they promise. This was one of the major issues with Circuit City. They dumped all their experienced CS folks in a cost cutting move and replaced them with dimwits. That backfired royally and Best Buy ate them alive.Thundergasm ICQ Me at 197808662
