Paxum is impossible to deal with, we tried many ways to get our money from them and there isa vague answer from Ruth or every time we try to get an answer from her it is a misleading or no answer. Tried to set up a personal account in the USA and they do not let that happen. Tried to set up a business account and running into hurdles. Do anyone know the best way to get money from PAxum in the USA, I am running out of patience, they say google labeled us a high risk company. ha ha been in business 35 years, never bounced a check and high credit score.

Why was Google involved in risk assessing you as a business?
And yes, Paxum did away with US personal accounts like one year ago.
Not sure if they accept new US business accounts but they do have some problems in sending US wires or ACH payments in USD currency.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All banks, including correspondent banks, use google to search for information about companies. If your name appears on PORN sites, then you are labeled HIGH RISK. What is there to not understand? Some banks WILL REFUSE sending money to a company that appears to be associated with PORN when searched online.Comment

The problem is the US, not Paxum. Receiving my money from them just fine via EFT (now that I figured out how).Comment

I just got my funds out of Paxum by doing Paxum USD account to a friends Paxum Euro account direct.
Then he was able to send the funds via EFT to his Euro bank and then Paypal to me.
Paxum USD to Paxum EURO was almost instant.
The EFT from Paxum Euro to Euro bank account took 24 hours to clear funds in his account.
VISA and Mastercard is blocking funds form Paxum to cards.
TransferWise also get an unknown error on Paxum to Transferwise.
So I suggest you use this while it still works.Comment
