I just got my funds out of Paxum by doing Paxum USD account to a friends Paxum Euro account direct.
Then he was able to send the funds via EFT to his Euro bank and then Paypal to me.
Paxum USD to Paxum EURO was almost instant.
The EFT from Paxum Euro to Euro bank account took 24 hours to clear funds in his account.
VISA and Mastercard is blocking funds form Paxum to cards.
TransferWise also get an unknown error on Paxum to Transferwise.
So I suggest you use this while it still works.
