Maybe one hour to go!

We all have our own little personal big events.
I figure I'm about an hour or so away.

Patience is a virtue in many things and for me this event
simply can not be done without patience.

But the wait is worth the end results.

So I started this morning and have done all the work and now I
just have to let it age.

Yep, I made my own sub sandwich at home.

But it's just not the same unless I wrap it up and let it age at room temperature.
You know how good a sub taste when your friend went to get them and he smokes
too much weed.
And likes to talk a lot. And knows every fucking body so he can't shut up and
they are smoking more weed and forgetting that my sandwich is in his car.
And I like extra oil and vinegar on my sub so you know how some part of the bread
will be a little soggy from the oil and vinegar.

YUMMMMMMMMMMMM!

It's been about 4 hours so just a little while longer.
So maybe I start my beer now.
