    Serious Question about Hemp Seed Oils

    Been doing a little research on Hemp Seed Oil and found that it seems to help with sleeping better. As i have very erratic sleep pattern i was thinking of using it in place of Virgin Olive Oils in salads and curries ( heating to less than 300F)

    Anyone have any experience / results for this oil ?

      Not exactly the same thing, but have you ever tried CBD oil? I use it every night before bed, (Few Drops under tongue for 1 min then swallow) and while it hasn't exactly given me 'perfect sleep', I've not been as aware of waking up and being restless as I am without it.

      I know I'm still waking up etc from my sleep tracker, but I'm just not aware of it as much with CBD

              I do more than 300mgs of CBD a day, for a few months now. It hasn't affected my sleep at all.

                  It may be worth a try, anything to get back to a semi normal sleep pattern !

                      I assume you use pot though? I actually don't cause its illegal in the UK...

                      So I have less tolerance in general to CBD (Part of the plant) than someone who has a tolerance to all of the plant if that makes sense

                                      My wife just started taking CBD oil under her doctor's prescription (800mg/day) but so far hasn't noticed a significant change in her sleep. Actually she says it seems to keep her awake more than without it.

                                      But she just started last week - so maybe the effects take time to be cumulative?

                                          Did you try kava (while avoiding everything that i harmful for the liver) or very basic chamomille ?

                                              800mg is a lot; how is she ingesting? Tincture, vape, infused in food/liquid?

                                                              For sleep, just get laid or rub one out.

                                                              Cbd does nothing for me because I smoke weed.

                                                              I'm sleep within minutes of busting a nut.

                                                                      it is when you look at the commercials you see for CBD lotions and shit; like I said, I do over 300mgs a day. I just did 100 and I fully expect to be awake within 7 hours (I won't go to bed for another hour)
