You are born too late. The good all times where woman and people with no education couldn't vote is 100 years ago. We just celebrated in Holland 100 years of voting for man and woman. 25 years later we had a leader for 5 years who thought the same as you and called them Untermensch, he didn't let the dutch vote also.
