You are born too late. The good all times where woman and people with no education couldn't vote is 100 years ago. We just celebrated in Holland 100 years of voting for man and woman. 25 years later we had a leader for 5 years who thought the same as you and called them Untermensch, he didn't let the dutch vote also.
Maybe it works, in China people can not vote, in Cuba, in some other countries people can not vote. But can i go a little further; people who believe in some sort of god mustn't be able to vote also. They must be stupid believing crazy books about heaven and hell, virgins waiting after death. Let them read Harry Potter instead of being able to vote for other religious nuts or lead us to heaven.
