    Rant Dominican Republic SeriouslY?

    Not sure how many more people need to die before tourists stop going there for a while.

    I mean shit, Stop fucking going there til tourist dying gets resolved rather than whinning and bitching about it.

                  The news has a story about a couple who went but stayed on another island. Two days in they both were sick and flew back to the USA. Still sick but getting better and never going back again.

                  Fourteen people died from the USA but what about other countries?

                      Place is a huge fucking dump. Most of the illegals from there all seem to be heavily involved in the drug trade up here in Massachusetts. We have big problems with Dominicans.

                              I think, that before you post a coment you have to investigate the cause of death, I heard one case that one old man was in a hotel and hire 3 teenagers for sex. Just imagine 3 hot dominican girl for an old man, maybe more than 70 years old. He suffered a heart attack, that is country guilty?. We dont only have american tourist and only they die, why?.

                              I heard another new in CNN about argentinian girl. Look at this fuckig title:

                              Look what they said: "mysterious illness" wtf?

                              In the hospital the girl was diagnosed with diabetic cetoacidosis. The girl was diabetic "mysterious illness" and the family did not know, so is the country guilty as well? thanks God the girl is in her country now.

                              What is strange is that they are dying only this year. Look like that is more bad publicity for the country than other thing.

                                              There are some countries I won't go to.

                                              Mexico is one of them. We used to go all the time, just drive down there. Hell, YNOT used to put shows on down there. But now Baja is a drug corridor so.... Pass.

                                              I am, however, kicking myself for not visiting Ukraine when I had the chance. Dating Factory had their tech staff there and wanted to fly me out for training and I wasn't too intersted in it. After working with them for five years I discovered they are no different than anyone else, and I was a bit ignorant.

                                                              Which part of Boston is a shithole? If the city, which area? North end? South end? West end? Or a suburb like Dorchester, Mattapan, Roxbury, or outer cities like Revere? Lynn? Chelsea?

                                                              New Bedford has an area of Dominican restaurants and markets and residents keep the area pretty clean. Flowers, plants, curtains, painted tenements and not much graffiti. I went by and asked to drive around the streets to see the changes. Off the Avenue are many neighborhood blocks of various immigrants from Haiti, Malaysia, Vietnam and others.

                                                              I’m told that most of the people work under the table at fish houses and processors, factories and on fishing boats. They go out for two weeks and get a few grand in cash. Hard job but winter is the worst as they fish in icy waters, hit something and the boat capsizes. No one survives the twenty foot waves and freezing temps. Every few years a boat goes down and lives are lost. Families can’t collect because the fishermen aren’t “employed” and welfare checks continue.

                                                              USA vacationers are seemingly dying in the DR but I don’t believe that they drink from the fridge and die. Other countries have people on vacation there that aren’t dying apparently. If it were fat druggies and alcoholics going there, why this year only? Several people got sick and came home with NO diagnosis. No virus, bacteria, infection or poison detected.

                                                              The USA is investigating but they haven’t said anything about the situation. If we paid for a group of scientists and infections specialists to research the issue, why is nothing being reported? It’s like a blindfold and gag was given to researchers.

                                                                  I personally know people who just canceled their plans to go there... and I wouldn't call them smart people. But they said "hell no" and switched to Aruba.
