Saying we PRODUCE the most serial killers sounds like we drug newborns to alter their minds to kill en masse. Only a fool thinks we encourage people to mass murder.
People look down on areas with serial killers. Publicity keeps out tourists and new business. Big corporations want to set up in New York. Serial killer is loose so they go to Canada instead so employees will be safe. They think all of New York is affected by the killer. More foreign corporations pull their ideas of New York and go elsewhere.

Another denial of the truth.
There is a problem in America with the number of serial killers, mass shootings, individual homicides and all you can come up with is other countries are worse but no one knows about it.
Talk about hiding your head in the sand.
